We are agreeing (once you have placed your order with us) to sell you goods on the basis that the following terms and conditions have been read, understood, and agreed by you (the recipient and customer).
1. The Service
1.1 This website is owned and operated by Voices For Freedom under the domain name www.voicesforfreedom.co.nz (“The VFF Website”). VFF’s principal place of business is in Auckland, New Zealand.
1.2 All use of the products and services offered on the VFF Website and any information or other content on the VFF Website is governed by these Terms & Conditions.
1.3 By using the VFF website you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Returns
2.1 All returns must be sent back within 10 days of the invoice date including samples. For any merchandise returns please email us at [email protected].
2.3 Customers will be responsible for all freight costs unless the garment(s) received were damaged or wrongly supplied.
2.4 All returns MUST be in the original packaging and in re-sellable condition.
2.5. Goods on sale will not be accepted for returns unless faulty and/or as agreed with us in correspondence.
3. Delivery
3.1 On receipt of your order VFF will usually dispatch the goods within 24 to 48 hours. We will endeavour to let you know if any goods are on backorder and/or otherwise delayed. Otherwise, if for any reason we are unable to supply within seven days we will contact you with an estimated time of delivery, and you have the option of changing or canceling your order.
3.2 All orders are sent by courier and are traceable.
3.3 If your order arrives damaged please notify us immediately so we can organise a new order. If an attempt has been made to deliver your order and the delivery company fails to hear back from you, there will usually be an attempt to redeliver the goods, but if goods will be returned to us then you will be liable for any return fees incurred to VFF.
4. Payment
4.1 No goods will be delivered unless we receive payment with your order. We accept Visa and Master Card. You can also pay by bank deposit.
5. Warnings
5.1 Please ensure you read the warnings and care label on receipt of product. VFF can not accept responsibility for damages if the warning and care labels instructions were not followed.
6. Copyright & Trademarks
6.1 Unless otherwise stated, VFF is the owner of all copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights relating to the VFF Website and its contents. This includes without limitation all intellectual property rights in respect of all text, graphics, logos, images and software that are included in the VFF Website.
6.2 Except as required for the use of the VFF Website or the VFF Services in accordance with these Terms of Use, no material or information on the VFF Website may be reproduced, stored in an electronic or other retrieval system, altered, uploaded to a third party location, framed, performed in public or transmitted in any form by any process whatsoever without the express written consent of VFF.
